You'll get an email with confirmation of your entries. You're name will also be added to the list for the live draw.

We have 2 different types of draw, we use the Wheel Of Names (wheelofnames.com) to randomly select a winner for all draws under 1,000 entrants. We will scroll through the entry list prior to the draw so you can see that you are included and then spin the wheel to produce a Random winner. For prizes over 1,000 entrants we use the google random number generator to select a number at random, you will have been given a number for each ticket you purchase.

You will receive your ticket numbers after you’ve entered into any competition, they will be sent to you in your confirmation email & will also show on your account, if you have created an account with us.

You can do either! There are some benefits to creating an account but if you’d prefer to check out as guest that completely fine. With guest check out you simply need to provide a few key details so we can contact you if you win, it’s very quick & easy. To create and account and check out it doesn’t take much longer but you get to start collecting REWARD POINTS! For every £1 you spend you will receive 10p in points to spend at a later date, pretty sweet right?

When you check out you will be asked if you’d like to use your points, simply click that you’d like to use your points and it will be deducted from your total cost!

If you have enough points, yes you can!

All of our competitions are GUARANTEED, we do not extend.

You can have up to 50 entries into most competitions and a thousand in others.

All of our draws are streamed LIVE on our Facebook page for everyone to watch! Don’t worry if you miss the draw though, you can still go back and watch the draw on our Facebook page.

We will produce a winners list and send it out across all of our social, but you can also check our winners page on our website to see who’s won.

We aim to get your prize to you as quickly as possible, generally you will receive your prize between 2-5 days, but some larger prizes may take a little longer. We will keep you up to date with the tracking details so you can make sure you’re in to receive your prize.
